1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kainos Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Nature of Service
Kainos Me is a spiritual and personal growth tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical advice, or crisis intervention. We provide scriptural reflections and tools for mindset renewal from a faith-based perspective.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and not attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including branding, custom animations, curated Scripture plans, and our unique assessment logic, is the exclusive property of Kainos Me. You may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kainos Me is provided 'as is.' While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy in our spiritual content, we are not liable for any personal interpretations or life outcomes resulting from the use of our meditations and declarations.
